Getting in touch, and what's worth sending
How to reach the people who write this site, what kind of message actually changes a page, and where to go instead for anything the airport itself handles.
There is one channel here, and it’s email: hello@antalya-ayt-airport.com. There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting personal details there’s no reason to hold.
Messages are read by the person who writes the pages. Expect a human reply rather than a fast one.
What’s worth sending
A page that no longer matches what you saw. This is the single most useful message anyone sends. Fares change, tariffs move, terminals get reorganised — and a guide that’s never corrected goes wrong slowly and invisibly. Say what you saw and roughly when; the date matters as much as the fact.
Something that’s missing. If you arrived here with a question and left without an answer, that’s worth a sentence. Pages get written because somebody asked.
A figure that looks wrong. Every fare and journey time on this site comes from a source, and sources go stale. Naming the page and the figure is enough — no need to prove anything.
What this site cannot do for you
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with Antalya Airport, Fraport TAV Antalya, or any government or official body.
That means nobody here can:
- check in a passenger, change a booking or issue a boarding pass — that’s your airline, and only your airline;
- trace lost luggage — the airline you flew with, or the handler at the airport, and the report has to be filed on the spot rather than by email afterwards;
- look up an item left in a terminal or in a taxi — the airport’s own lost property desk and the taxi cooperative respectively;
- answer a visa or entry question about your specific case — that’s a matter for the immigration authority, and getting it wrong on your behalf could cost you a flight;
- arrange a refund, a claim or a compensation payment — flight compensation explains who actually does.
For anything on that list, the airport’s own website carries its current contact details. Those aren’t reprinted here on purpose: an out-of-date phone number that looks official is worse than none at all, and the airport is the only place that can keep its own details right.
Corrections and complaints about this site
If something here is wrong, say so plainly and it gets checked. If you think a page is unfair to a company, say which page and what specifically — the affiliate disclosure page sets out where the money comes from, so you can judge whether that’s what happened.
