What's inside Antalya Airport's terminals
Information desks, family and mobility facilities, the baggage locker most pages get wrong, tax refunds, and the free wifi session that isn't unlimited.
Antalya Airport is large enough that some of the ordinary things it offers are easy to miss until you actually need them, and easy to get wrong secondhand — a service that genuinely exists gets reported as absent, or the other way round, more often here than the size of the building would suggest. Below is what’s actually confirmed.
Information desks, and a language you’re not expecting
All three terminals run information desks in the arrivals and departures halls, staffed in Turkish, English, German and Russian. In the busier season, terminal guides supplement the desks in person. Near the gates in the two international terminals, separate video-call kiosks let you put a question to staff without waiting for a physical counter.
For families and passengers who need assistance
Children’s play areas are in the two international terminals, and baby-changing facilities are in all three. A dedicated assistance service exists for passengers with reduced mobility — check the specifics directly with your own airline at booking, since what’s arranged at check-in varies by carrier rather than by the airport.
The baggage locker, and what it doesn’t cover
A locker exists, but it’s a narrower service than “left luggage for anyone arriving.” It’s available on departure from one specific international terminal or the domestic terminal, and the locker itself is physically located in the domestic terminal’s arrival hall — not necessarily the building you’re actually flying from. No price is published for it.
Baggage trolleys are free in the arrivals and departures halls and across the car parks. A third-party operator runs paid film-wrapping for luggage, around the clock in the departures halls of the two international terminals.
Medical care, prayer rooms and smoking
A medical point runs around the clock, providing emergency and general care alongside an affiliated external clinic, with defibrillators on site. Each terminal has its own prayer room. Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal buildings; open-air smoking terraces past the security check exist in all three terminals.
Wifi and getting a tax refund
Free wifi runs on a single, time-limited session rather than unrestricted access — no account needed, just a mobile number, ID or passport to register, with the PIN issued from kiosks in the arrivals and departures halls. Lounges and the business area run on wifi without that time limit.
Visitors who don’t live in Turkey can reclaim tax on purchases through Global Blue: take the refund form in the shop at the time of purchase, get it stamped at the customs desk before departure, and collect the refund at the payout point or to a card afterwards. The stamp has to happen before you fly — it’s the step most people remember too late.
Banking, currency exchange and a pharmacy
Bank branches and ATMs, a currency exchange counter and a pharmacy operate in the terminals as separate companies rather than as part of the airport itself. Exact hours and locations for each aren’t published anywhere this page can verify.
Where to next
Need connectivity the moment you land — eSIM and mobile data. Parking a car — parking rules and what’s known about the tariff. Still working out which building you’re in — finding your way around the terminals.
