Finding your way around Antalya Airport

Antalya Airport is built around three separate buildings: two international terminals and a third, separate domestic terminal for flights within Turkey. The two international buildings sit apart from each other, connected by a free shuttle rather than a short walk — the first thing worth checking on your booking is which one your own flight actually uses.

What that changes in practice

Arriving: come out of the wrong assumption about which building your onward transport is waiting at, and you’re looking at a shuttle ride you didn’t plan for. Check the terminal on your flight details, not just the airport name.

Departing: whoever is dropping you off needs the right building, not just “the airport” — the two international terminals are far enough apart that arriving at the wrong one costs real time before you’ve even reached security.

Connecting: a transfer between the two international terminals means the free shuttle rather than a walk between piers. Build that into your connection time rather than assuming both flights use the same building.

Meeting someone: watch the arrivals board for which terminal, not just which time — landing is not arriving, and the terminal tells you where to actually stand.

The tram reaches one building, not both

Antalya’s tram line has a stop opposite one of the two international terminals. The other one is not on the tram route at all — it’s linked to the first by the same free shuttle that connects the two buildings generally. If you’re planning to leave by tram, confirm which terminal you’re departing from before you head for a platform that may not be the closest useful one.

What the building does and doesn’t have

A baggage locker exists, but it’s narrower than it sounds. It’s available on departure from one specific international terminal or the domestic terminal, and the locker itself sits in the domestic terminal’s arrival hall rather than at the building you’re actually flying from — no price is published either.
